Lab Small Capacity VHP Plasma Sterilizer
The hydrogen peroxide transfer window independently developed by our company sterilizes all exposed surfaces in the transfer window by integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization, replacing the traditional ultraviolet disinfection method, and using this method to sterilize more thoroughly, can reach 6 -log kill rate. The high-efficiency filter laminar flow protection provided by the transfer window forms an air lock when the double-fibre door is opened to prevent cross-contamination. The hydrogen peroxide transfer window has been maturely applied in developed countries in Europe and America, and VHP has a 6-log kill rate against Bacillus stearothermophilus (MESA LABS / ATCC7953). Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilized at low temperature and normal pressure, suitable for low temperature sterilization products. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide has good material compatibility, is easy to decompose, has no harmful residues, and is finally decomposed into water and oxygen.

1. Low temperature sterilization process can be sterilized in the range of 4~80 °C;
2, less residue, the final decomposition products of hydrogen peroxide are water vapor and oxygen, no toxic by-products, is an environmentally friendly sterilization technology, and does not require cleaning;
3, rapid sterilization cycle process, low operating costs, and easy to verify;
4. Hydrogen peroxide gas has excellent material compatibility;
5, has a broad-spectrum bactericidal effect, suitable for the killing of fungi, bacteria, viruses and spores.
1. Material transfer between rooms such as sterility inspection laboratory, microbiological examination laboratory, positive control laboratory, sampling room, material transfer room, etc.
2, used in intensive care unit (ICU), negative pressure isolation ward / infectious ward, laboratory (virus, bacteria), operating room fever clinic, pathology and laboratory, drug configuration room / intravenous drug configuration center (PIVAS), Material transfer in areas such as supply rooms and ambulances;
3. For different levels of material transfer that cannot be autoclaved (wet heat sterilization and dry heat sterilization).
